Hospitality Management 

First Time in India
The program is desingned to equip graduates with knowledge and skills in area of Hospitality management in order to prepare them to handle day-to-day & com;lex management responsibilities with ease.

Learning Methodology :- The course is highly interactive and incorporate live demonstration. Exposure to practical in modern and advanced training kitchen, restaurant and running hotel & resort complex. In addition, students are given case studies, projects to work on and will be trained in Hotel Management software.

Course Outline :- The course is divided into 2 semesters.

Semester 1 :- Introduction to the Hospitality Industry, Tourism & Hospitality Industry, Principles of Hospitality & Management, Marketing in the Hospitality Industry, Personality Development and and Communicatin skill. Food Production Techniques, Food & Beverage Service,House keeping, Front Office, Business law & Practice, Catering Service, Nutrition, Computer applications, Accommodation and Human Resource.

Semester 2 :- Hospitality Management-Principles & Practices, Hospitality Environment Management, Food Production Management, Food & Beverage Management,  Human Resource, Management, Catering Management, Financial Management, Sales & Marketing Management, Advertising & Promotion, International Hospitality Management, Case Studies & Strategies, Franchising, Global communication, Industrial relation, Cross cultural communication, Custromer relationship, Resort Management, Park Management, Tourism Service Management, Leisure & Entertainment Service Management, Strategic Analysis & Decision making and Facilities & Quality Management.

Internship :- A 6 month compulsory internship provided by the Institute with reputed Star Hotel/ Resort to familiiarixze and impart working knowledge and skills required for a managrial personnel.

Faculty :- Senior Managers/Management professionals from the hospitality industry, well experiencesd and exposed to management of 5 Star Hotels & Resorts in India & Aborad.

Duration :- One Year (Full Time).

                Class rooms & Practical training   -   12 months

                Compulsory Internship                  -     6 months

Timings :- 9.00 am. To 4.00 pm. except Saturday and Sunday ( Only 5 days a week.)

Eligibility :- Graduate in any discipline (Art/ Commerce /Science) and Candidates appeared for the final examination can also apply. Persons with working experience will be given preference
