| Course Outline : The course is divided into 4 semesters. | |
| Semester 1 : Basic of retail banking, Retailing principles, Retail product & services, Law & Practice, RBI regulations, Retail financial concepts. | |
| Semester 2 : Management & Organizations,Retail Marketing & Sales, Promotions, Retail Financial Management, Financial Reporting Analysis & Planning, Banking Operations | |
| Semester 3 : Branch & Channel Management, E-banking, Strategic planning, Customer Relationship, IT applications. | |
| Semester 4 : A 12 week period of compulsory internship provided by the institute with reputed Domestic/ International banks and financial institutions. | |
| Faculty : Banking professionals, Experienced consultants and Managers of financial Institutions well-experienced and exposed to current Indian Retail and international TRENDS.. | |
| Duration : One Year (Part Time). Classroom & practical training - 9 months Compulsory Internship - 3 months. |
